What is your current TAT (turn around time)?

Ready to stock (RTS) items have a turn around time of 2 days to 2 weeks (depending on date the order was placed & the current volume of orders).  Although we strive to get each order out ASAP,2-5 days is our average, but two week turnaround allows for emergencies and life! Communication is key and any delays in the shipping schedule will be promptly relayed via the facebook group.

When do you ship?

To maximize our efficiency, our normal shipping schedules are Monday/Wednesday/ Fridays. Exceptions to this rule are contingent on holidays,weather emergencies or special arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the US at this time. However, there are several affordable mail forwarding services available now! We will happily ship to PO boxes.

Do you combine shipping?

We will combine and refund all shipping overages of $2 or more on any qualifying orders placed within a 24 hour period.

How does your product ship?

All orders are shipped in USPS PFR boxes or USPS regional A shipping boxes with tracking. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address listed on your order/paypal info. Melter mats ordered on their own ship in PFRE reinforced with cardboard sheets to prevent bending.

 I haven't received my tracking yet, what should I do?

Double check that it hasn't gone to the spam/other folder. If it past the nine day shipping window and you have not still not received tracking info, please email us at Tracking numbers will be emailed within a 24 hour period of your item shipping. **Please wait to before inquiring about tracking unless it is outside the 9 day window. This allows us to drastically cut the volume of emails and respond to issues much faster!

I ordered a non-wax handmade item. How do those ship?

Handmade goods will ship from us, following the same guidelines as stated above. In some special situations, they will ship directly from the artist, in which case it will be noted and more specific information will be noted in the listing.

I don’t like this scent, can I send it back?

Because scent is such a subjective matter, we do not accept any refunds for product unless the item fulfillment is incorrect, in which case, we will happily work with our customers to provide the best solution we can! If the scents aren't for you, there are several great destash groups on facebook for reselling or trading vendor waxes!

My Wax is damaged, can I have a refund?

We are unable to assume responsibility of damaged items once they are rendered to USPS. We pack each order with the utmost care and use plenty of padding in each order.

I changed my mind about my order. Can I cancel it?

All sales are final.

I'm having another issue, what can I do?
